As the Holidays are fast upon us, the desire to be thankful and for helping takes center stage. The "Gift of Giving" will allow us to help nonprofit organizations and businesses in our local community by using customizable fundraising apparel. Evolocity Solutions would like to support your life mission and nonprofit and partner with you in being a force for good in the world....when we need it most.
The money raised through Business Logo Sponsorships will pay for a Television campaign and a designated number of commercials promoting "Gift of Giving." to the Public. This will allow our 1 million+ residences to have the opportunity to enjoy the " Gift of Giving." and help support their favorite nonprofit while purchasing something that we all need, clothing. The more money raised, the more exposure and the greater the results for our local community nonprofits helping them positively give back. Evolocity Solutions will be donating 100% of the profits to local nonprofits.
How:
Evolocity Solutions will produce 3-4 :30 commercials. The commercials will have an intro explaining the "Gift of Giving" cause and showcase the Santa Logo Sponsor (:05), a body (:20) highlighting 2-3 local nonprofits with messaging and Rudolph and Frosty Business Logo Sponsorships, and a close (:05) with the "Gift of Giving" cause and Santa Logo Sponsors.
The campaign is slated to begin Sunday December 2nd through January 6th. Profits generated in December will be gifted in January. Profits generated in January will be gifted in February.
Getting the Word Out:
Television, Internet, Facebook, Business and nonprofit push with email marketing campaigns and other social media venues. Reposting this message to your friends on your own timeline in Facebook would help out significantly. You can also "like" Evolocity Solutions and you will be invited to a Facebook Event so that you can invite others to learn more on this on their computer.

Please note, if you are a nonprofit and would like to be included in the "Gift of Giving" campaign, we will need a logo that is an AI ( Adobe Illustrator) or EPS file. Resolution needs to be 300 dpi (dots per inch). A business sponsor is not needed in order to be a part of the Gift of Giving Campaign. It is free to have your logo displayed if you are a registered nonprofit organization.
Support Sponsorships for Local Businesses (one-time investment):
Title Sponsor featured on 1 Gift of Giving :30 commercial. Santa Logo Sponsorship will have logo displayed both in the :05 open and close of each commercial, as well as the "Thank you to our local Sponsors" logo inclusion in each :30 commercial. The Santa Logo Sponsor will also have 3 logos of their choice added to the Evolocity Apparel online Apparel on Demand site. This can be a company logo and two nonprofit logos or three nonprofit logos. The logos can also be a church of choice. The proceeds directly generated by each item of apparel customized with the specific nonprofits logo will be given as a "Gift" to that specific nonprofit. Proceeds generated can range from $5.00 to $20.00 per item.Artwork supplied must be an AI (Adobe Illustrator file or EPS file with a resolution of 300+ dpi (dots per inch).
The Rudolph Logo Sponsorship will be given a logo display in the "Thank you to our local Sponsors" logo inclusion in each :30 commercial. In addition, the Rudolph Logo Sponsor will also have 2 logos of their choice added to the Evolocity Apparel online Apparel on Demand site. This can be a company logo and one nonprofit logo or two nonprofit logos. The logos can also be a church of choice. The proceeds directly generated by each item of apparel customized with the specific nonprofits logo will be given as a "Gift" to that specific nonprofit. Proceeds generated can range from $5.00 to $20.00 per item ordered. Artwork supplied must be an AI (Adobe Illustrator file or EPS file with a resolution of 300+ dpi (dots per inch).
Frosty Logo Sponsorship-$250
The Frosty Logo Sponsorship will be given a logo display in the "Thank you to our local Sponsors" logo inclusion in each :30 commercial. In addition, the Frosty logo sponsor will also have 1 logo of their choice added to the Evolocity Apparel online Apparel on Demand site. This can be a company logo and one nonprofit logo. The logos can also be a church of choice. The proceeds directly generated by each item of apparel customized with the specific nonprofits logo will be given as a "Gift" to that specific nonprofit. Proceeds generated can range from $5.00 to $20.00 per item ordered. Artwork supplied must be an AI (Adobe Illustrator file or EPS file with a resolution of 300+ dpi (dots per inch).
The Case for Change:
We are donating 100% of the profits to each nonprofit based on the items that are sold to the public (we have over 400k TV Households in Tucson). The profit per item can range from $5-$20 depending on the item. This is huge considering most gift certificate/script programs only donate 10% of the purchase back to the church, school, university or nonprofit. The participating nonprofits will have zero inventory costs and will receive all of the profits. That is what a true gift is, right?
Example: A $25 gift card purchased to be used at the Pasta Guru would only yield a charitable donation of $2.50. The same purchase for a customized hat, Sweatshirt, T-shirt, baby bib, youth or infant apparel could yield a charitable donation as high as $15 or more. Plus, the nonprofit will also be able to enjoy having the branding power of apparel for years to come. A commonality that links us together is that no matter where we live, no matter where we work, no matter what we do for fun, we are always wearing clothing. Clothing is a necessitey.
We understand that funds are tight for a lot of us and each and every penny counts, another way to spark the "Gift of Giving" is to share the message with your circle of friends, family and business associates using Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and other social media engines. Perhaps some of them have extra funds, or need to spend a budgeted amount of revenue for community PR campaigns, have accrued co-op advertising that expires at the end of the year, or they feel compelled to help a certain cause(s) that are near and dear to their hearts.
With your support, we will be happy to extend the "Gift of Giving" longer that the December 2nd through January 6th campaign. Your Business Logo or Personal Sponsorship directly plays a significant role in the ability to place more commercials on television. It is what is funding the advertising expense to reach as many TV viewers as possible. We are looking to launch the TV campaign with a strong, joint and unified effort.
